Individual differences are one of the most fundamental facts of human life. Knowing the differences, wisdom and their results is very important in building the human worldview and his social interactions. On the other hand, answering the questions and resolving the ambiguities surrounding an important issue such as divine justice depends on knowing the wisdom and results of individual differences. By differentiating between wisdom (philosophy of existence) and result (result of presence) of individual differences, this research examines verses and narrations related to the subject. The research method is descriptive-analytical in such a way that after collecting verses and narrations with library search tools, it analyzes their content. The results of the research show that: divine will, knowledge of God, employment of people, consistency of human life, creation of different positions and different duties, mutual recognition, divine test and display of divine justice are among the most important wisdoms of individual differences in the verses and traditions. Also, the most important results and consequences of these differences are: difference in responsibilities, not judging each other, consulting, avoiding fault-finding and blaming others, pardoning and accepting excuses, and respecting capacity for duty.

Tafsīr-e-Kashshāf is one of the most important interpretations that has been considered by most commentators of the Qur’an. From Zamakhsharī’s point of view, the science of semantics and expression is the most important and necessary knowledge for the interpretation of the Qur’an. In his view, not only with the help of this science, the rhetorical aspects of the Qur’an are known, but also the subtleties and beauties of the Qur’an are known only in the light of this knowledge. According to Zamakhsharī, the most delicate and precise topics of rhetorical sciences are the industry of Takhyīl (i.e. some kind of imagination), without which the interpretation and understanding of the verses of the Qur’an is not possible. The industry of Takhyīl is a kind of compound simile that is used to depict wonderful meanings and indescribable concepts that cannot be explained by a simple description. Zamakhsharī, while considering the verses of the Qur’an as miracles, eloquence and rhetoric, does not count all the verses as rhetoric on the same level. Zamakhsharī has tried to prove the legitimacy of his religion by interpreting the verses of the Qur’an. Zamakhsharī has opened a new horizon in the subject of Qur’anic rhetoric and has been able to introduce new points and materials on the topics that Abdul Qāhir Jurjānī (d. 471 AH) has invented about the rhetoric and meanings of the miracles of the Qur’an.

The present article studied the nature and foundations of the theory of "Three-layer interpretation of the Holy Qur’an". First, the theory is defined, consisting three layers: historical, trans-historical and modern. The historical layer is considered the same understanding of Hejaz Arab at the time of the Prophet (PBUH) as stated in the verses of the Qur'an. To understand such interpretation, one must refer to the promises of those people, some of which are the appearance and context of the verses, similar verses, the personality of the audience of the Qur'an, the events of that era, the culture and history of those people and the covenants. The trans-historical layer is also considered a knowledge that is common and accepted among all human races, which is achieved by abolishing the characteristics of the age and the revelation of the Qur'an. The modern layer is the adaptation of the problems, that needs and requirements of the present age to the same common and acceptable human knowledge. Some of the most important foundations of this theory that are discussed in this article are customary, spoken, gradual descent, historicity and marginalization on the one hand and the evolution of ethnic requirements and the need to resolve the apparent conflict between the Qur'an and science and modernity.

The Holy Qur'an has ignited the torch of enlightenment in beliefs and raised the flag of the struggle against superstition, by which the true truth is known and the narrations can be evaluated. Among the realities of the universe are the angels whose infallibility are disputed; Some believe in the infallibility of the angels, while some do not. Each group brings its reasons for its special idea. This article aims to investigate the infallibility of angels based on the library method and by referring to the basic religious sources, i.e. the Qur’an, interpretive and narrative collections. So, it introduces a theory based on the Holy Qur’an. As a result, findings show that the three-fold reasons, not only lack strength and dynamism, they also support the infallibility of the angels in some cases. In other cases, the narrations about Hārūt and Mārūt are attributed to Ka'b al-Ahbār in the form of marfū' and date back to the Israelite. In terms of content, since they do not compatible to the Qur’an and there is no reason for their being a symbolism, they oppose the clear text of the Qur’an concerning the infallibility of the angels; for some verses affirm the appearance of the angels and some affirm their infallibility.

The selection of all the words of the Holy Quran, including: the selection of words from the article "SOBH", is based on wisdom. The approach of paying attention to literary sciences can lead to the discovery of the literary and guiding wisdom of these words in the verses. The main question of this research is: "What is the literary wisdom (or purpose) of the words indicating the time of morning from the article "SOBH" in the Holy Quran?" For this reason, the derivatives of the word "SOBH" in the verses were examined and conceptualized. Then, the literary and guiding aspect of words with the meaning of morning in the text of the verse was analyzed. The wisdoms obtained are: 1) From the article "SOBH", the words infinitive noun, infinitive, subject noun, perfect verb and imperfect verbs have the meaning of morning time. 2) The importance of swearing in the morning. 3) Asking about the approach of morning, a sign of urgency. 4) "Fa" in "Fa asbahu" is a sign of the time of morning. 5) "Mosbahin" is a substitute for explaining the divine order. 6) morning simile or metaphor to put aside the night. 7) Virtual morning for all times. 8) Morning breathing is a metaphor for gradual clarity. 9) In the morning of irony to surprise the enemy, perform the rosary and pray. 10) Confrontation and prostration between morning and night is a sign of confrontation between truth and falsehood or guidance and polytheism.

In the Qur'anic view, the main mission of the prophets and their heavenly books is preaching. If the Qur'an, in some cases, deals with any subject, it has only a preaching approach. If we look at the Qur'an as a book of preaching, we sometimes come across verses that seem untrue: such as the imprisonment of a people called Gog and Magog behind a dam until the Day of Judgment or the dropping of meteors to drive demons out of the sky. Allameh Tabatabai considers these two as untrue and considers the relevant verses as permissible. However, all the commentators of the Qur'an, in the last fourteen hundred years, have all considered these verses to be true, and it is a difficult claim to claim that they misunderstood the Qur'an. The competitive theory, which is discussed in this article, is that those are myths, and in preaching, there is nothing wrong with using the myths of the audience as a tool. This theory, while leaving the verses of the Qur'an on their apparent meaning that all commentators have understood over fourteen centuries, also proves the legitimacy of the Qur'an.

The Holy Qur'an is a complete and comprehensive heavenly book from God Almighty, which has been given the attention and reflection of thinkers and scholars of the Qur'an with the aim of meeting the needs of mankind in every age. The purpose of the present research is to answer the question of the feasibility of entering the Qur'an in the field of science and its quality. The research method is analytical-descriptive and with a view on the practical interaction of the Qur’an with other sciences. One of the innovations of the research is a special look at the amount of Qur’anic teachings entering different fields of science. The results of the research estimates show that this interaction is an obvious matter in theoretical sciences such as: jurisprudence, principles of jurisprudence, literature, history, economics, physics and in the field of experimental sciences such as: agricultural and animal husbandry sciences, natural resources and environment, zoology, botany and Chemistry, as a stream-creating matter, a pattern and a guiding line in the direction of the perfection of science and, accordingly, in the direction of the happiness of human beings.

Most (manifestation) of the light of God's holy essence goes back to the Day of Judgment. Verse Zumar/69 refers to the word "Ashraqat" and the radiance of the feeling of God's presence on the Day of Resurrection and likens it to the rising of the sun from the east of the earth and its illumination with this light. The commentators of the sects have expressed different views on it, including, "Removing the veils, establishing the truth and proof, justice, illuminating the earth with the light of the believer's face, the resurrection of the Imam, the light of God, etc." The beginning and the end of the verse are accompanied by the proof of justice and the denial of oppression. Different classes of commentators, narrators, theologians, philosophers, and mystics have contented themselves with the interpretation of a verse, or interpretation, and some with the literal meaning of the phrase, but have not reached a single statement about it. However, the mentioned verse is one of the verses with different readings, or one of the verses that the commentators of the two sects have looked at from a special angle and view. The revelation of the monopoly of God's lordship over all human beings, for which there is an evidence and none of the commentators have expressed this view, as well as the removal of the veils and the revelation of the truths of things in the resurrection which some commentators have chosen it. The two preferred aspects of this article are that an attempt has been made to obtain a view close to what God intends from the mentioned phrase by citing the context of verses and narrations. For this purpose, the two views have been expressed through documentary, interpretive and descriptive-analytical methods, while criticizing the opinions of commentators and presenting contextual and narrative documents.

Meeting of marriage candidates each other before marriage to reach a final decision to marry or cancel it is so popular in the Islamic society of Iran that it is not even thought to be “denied” and even the most fanatical religious person cannot forbid it; While most jurisprudential schools have allowed seeing suddenly the girl’s face and hands to wrists for the proposal, and some have allowed the girl to see the boy’s face as well, provided that the proposal does not enjoy her if it happens involuntarily and by force, some have prescribed it only once for the proposal to see the girl, and some have prescribed to see her several times. Some jurists have prescribed seeing the female body more than the face and hands to wrists, and seeing the girl’s body behind a lace covering even with pleasure. However, most schools have forbidden meeting and talking, and some jurists have allowed it on the condition of not committing sin. The study of the opinions of all jurisprudential schools shows that these opinions are inferential and based on their own ijtihad. They are not an indisputable legal verdict. They are based on restricting marriage to the pleasure and enjoyment of couples, ignoring other aspects of marriage and limiting the relationship between men and women to a pleasurable relationship. Criticizing the jurisprudential opinions and their principles, it is concluded that the ruling to allow the marriage candidates to meet and talk to the extent of a definite.

Surah At-Tawbah has a variety of subjects and apparently is fragmentary and irregular; but based on the dimension of the situation, which is the same sociological issues and culture of the era of the revelation of the surah; it is understandable and has a coherent meaning with a clear language. Based on the dimension of the situation, it is possible to understand the ignorant styles such as arrogance, breaking the covenant and shifting the forbidden months by the polytheists that result in the revelation of the first part of verses 1 to 38 of this surah, which introduce this culture and its ugliness. For this reason, God and the Prophet (PBUH) acquit this culture. Consequently, it is the duty of Muslims and the Islamic community to seek the acquittal of the polytheists by following the duality (Tawḥīd, Nubuwwah) and not to approach the polytheists under the pretext of kinship. The second part of Surah (120-139) refers to the constant covenant-breaking of the hypocrites and the problems they caused to the Prophet (PBUH) and the Islamic community. Then, in contrast to the ignorant style, by introducing the religious style and its values, God asks the hypocrites and those who have sick hearts to adhere to the style brought by the monotheistic system by the Prophet in order to prepare their guiding grounds for reaching the Hereafter system. Based on the above explanations, the author has studied the role of situation in eliminating the dispersion and semantics of the surah and its relationship with the trinity (Tawḥīd, Nubuwwah and Ma’ād) with a descriptive-analytical method. Among the most important results that this research has achieved is that: The situation in Jacques Berque's order causes the audience to frame the various topics of the verses of the surah and finally to have a coherent mentality towards them and to achieve a deeper understanding.

One of the most important documents of orientalists to prove the non-revelatory origin of the Qur'an is the misconception of the difference between the structure of the Qur'anic stories and the Testaments’; the view of these researchers have been analyzed on three axes of "different narrative expression in Makkī and Madanī surahs", "repetition of stories", "ambiguity and incoherence of stories". Important factors such as the dominance of historical and literary approach to the content of Qur'anic stories, neglect of the single divine origin of monotheistic religions, and the perception of revelation as the personal experience of the Prophet (PBUH) have led to mention doubts about the structure of Qur'anic stories. This article criticizes and analyzes the doubts of orientalists in this field with intra-religious citations (Qur’an, commentary, dictionaries, etc.) and extra-religious citations (Testaments, opinions of Orientalists and historical evidence).

After the holy Qur'an, hadith is the most important source of knowing the intentions of the verses of the Qur'an, and therefore the recognition of authentic hadiths is very important. From the beginning of Islam, the phenomenon of fabricating hadith by dissidents and hypocrites has a long history and has been used as a weapon. The Holy Prophet (PBUH) and the Imams (AS) and consequently the scholars and scientists of the Islamic religion, by using certain methods, have provided the ground for Muslims to identify the Sanad of the narrations and have thwarted this great conspiracy with special instructions. They used instructions such as the spread of the science of rijāl in order to identify truthful and reliable narrators and reject weak narrators. And in the field of protecting the text of hadiths, they used methods such as presenting hadiths to imams and scholars, comparing manuscripts, allowing the narration of hadiths, listing methods, etc. Therefore, one of the important issues of Islamic sciences in the field of Qur'anic interpretation is the issue of narrative interpretations issued by the Holy Prophet (PBUH) or the Imams (AS).And these interpretations have a lot of confusion and some of them are fake narrations or Isra’iliyyat, and some others are for adaptation rather than interpretation of the verse. Therefore, according to these inconsistencies that exist in the narrative interpretations, the following narrations should be carefully studied based on the guidance of the Infallibles (AS) and their true followers. So by studying the narrative interpretation, we can find some strategies including assimilation, separation and classification of narrations in narrative interpretations. This article is an attempt in this direction that deals with this issue through a descriptive-analytical method.

Imam Khomeini (RA) and Allameh Tabātabā’ī (RA) are two thinkers who have paid special attention to this issue. This study, aiming at recognizing the tools and obstacles of comprehension of the Qur’an, from the viewpoint of the two great Qur’an-researchers, tries to provide practical solutions for achieving the depth of the Qur’anic concepts. Imam Khomeini (RA) and Allameh Tabātabā’ī (RA) believe that the comprehension tools are divided into two main categories of intra-textual and extra-textual tools of the Holy Qur’an. Some of the most important tools are as follows: paying attention to Arabic syntax and morphology, compatibility of verses and surahs, conceptual and structural coherence, unique goal of the whole Surah, paying attention to the context, inner purification, companionship with the Qur’an and the scholarly reference to it, and contemplation and attention to interpretive narrations.

"Comprehensiveness of the Qur'an" has been interpreted by some as the existence of all the news of the past and future in the Qur'an or the description of all beings or the inclusion of the Qur'an on all sciences and technologies. Many commentators have considered the comprehensiveness of Qur’an related to the human needs for reaching guidance. This study, by analyzing the evolution of the paradigm of comprehensiveness of the Qur'an, has shown that by proposing the discourse of the identity of religion and politics by Imam Khomeini and the dominance of this discourse in the cultural atmosphere of Iran after the Islamic Revolution; the paradigm according to some commentators has been defined as one of the components of this discourse and means the existence of comprehensive Qur'anic rules, laws and programs.

In every language, there is always a consistent relationship between sound and meaning and the way phonemes are used in inducing concepts. In the science of linguistics, there is a field called "phono-semantic" based on the coexistence of the phonetic structure of words and the correspondence between sounds and meanings. And in translation as an inter-linguistic and communicative act, it is very important to pay attention to the form of the source text to convey the meaning. The prayers of Imam Sajjad (AS) in the blessed book of Ṣaḥīfah Sajjādīyah are full of pure concepts for worshipping God and have a pleasant and soulful music that has been translated by translators into different languages. In the supplications of Ṣaḥīfah Sajjādīyah, the details of the phonetic level are difficult to translate due to the special features of listening. Therefore, in addition to conveying the meaning, the translator should also pay attention to the phonetic features of the words. In this literary essay, with the analytical descriptive method, the author has criticized four levels of phono-semantic: alliteration, minimal pairs, word plays and rhythm in three translations by Sayyid ʿAlī Mūsawī Garmārūdī, Ilāhī Qumshiʿī and Abdul Muḥammad Āyatī.

The issue of language has been the subject of thought for philosophers since many years ago, but in the twentieth century it has become the most important philosophical issue. In the field of religious studies, an important issue is the issue of language too. In addition, the language of religion and the way of understanding religious texts have been importantly concerned by religious scholars. The issue of “the method by which God Almighty conveys His connotations and goals”, is one of the most important issues in religious language. In addition, “has the Holy Qur’an answered the fundamental question that provides the methodology for understanding the Qur’an, before answering other human needs that are essential to its transcendence?” In this research, the author tries to provide a positive answer to the above fundamental question, stating that the language of the Qur’an is a pragmatic language. In this regard, in order to defend the pragmatic language of the Qur’an, the author first states the characteristics of a language suitable for the Qur’an and then shows that pragmatic language has the characteristics of a language suitable for the Qur’an, being used in the Qur’an. In conclusion, the language of the Qur’an is an existential and innate language.

Raising issues thereby man is guided to the Right Path, the Holy Qur’an refers to scientific issues. One of the most important axes in the Qur’an is the origin and creation of man. The quality of his creation and the origin of his life are discussed fluently in 76 verses of 41 Surahs. With the growth of embryology in the twentieth century, some have sought to adapt such verses to it to clarify the truths of the Qur’an to the audience, while others have challenged such verses and raised misconceptions such as inconsistency of embryonic stages in the Qur’an with the embryology, semen coming out of the spine and ribs (solb and tarā’ib), devaluating semen, the creation of the fetus from the male sperm and not paying attention to the role of the female sperm, determining the time of the fetus sex, descripting sperm as amshāj, the difference of ‘alaq without “tā” and with “tā”, the difference between the adding letters of “thumma”, “fā”, and so on. As a result, the confirmation of embryological knowledge by the valuable Qur’anic teachings in the study of human creation is proved. Also the mentioned misconceptions have basic problems, for the issues referred in the Qur’an are consistent with the findings of modern science, as well as, there are reasonable answers to all these doubts and differences.

Since Tafsir Ayyashi is one of the first books of narrative Shia interpretations, it has the highest narrative validity. There are two challenging issues: first, eliminating the documents of the book hadiths; then, absence of the second part of this interpretation and only the first part is available, which continues to the end of the Surah Al-Kahf. The narrative Al-Khabar al-Wāḥid with the valid document has authority. The Tafsir Ayyashi's hadiths are Mursal regarding the eliminations of its documents, or at least their authenticity has not been proven, and for this reason, they have no authority. With description, analysis, and critique method, the present study aimed to find solutions for dissolving two challenging problems about Tafsir Ayyashi authenticity, including author authentication, reliance on retrieving documents in recent sources, scholars' trust in the book, thematology, and comparison with the Qur'an.

Ijtihad from the Qur'an and Hadith can have two approaches: One: The conditions that individuals need to reach the stage and power of ijtihad. Two: the conditions that mujtahids face for ijtihad in a religious context; that is, the existence or non-existence is the ground of the possibility of definitive ijtihad from the religious text. A healthy and acceptable ijtihad must fully meet the requirements of both approaches; and disruption in any of these circumstances can overshadow the certainty of religious ijtihad. The current interpretation of the propositions of the Qur'an and Hadith relies heavily on the ijtihad of lexicographers two centuries after the life of the Prophet. Thus, in spite of this historical rupture of the word and the absence of numerous all-contemporary dictionaries of the Prophet, there is no requirement that the lexical ijtihad of two centuries after the Prophet, as we now use it, be one with the spiritual reality of the language of early Islam. Therefore, even if the mujtahids of religious texts are correct in their personal ijtihad, because the conditions for interpreting the text are not available. The current interpretation of the text and propositions of the Qur'an and their hadith is basically uncertain; and at most, it is suspicious.

Islam's stance against inhuman traditions, such as slavery, was indirect and distinctive. It drew on strategies for adjusting attitudes, behaviors and emotions against slavery. Therefore, the claim that Islam has endorsed and legalized slavery is unfounded. It is because the laws stipulated in the Qur’an are not about slaves but about captives and their related rulings. It appears that Islam has not directly prohibited slavery due to the ineffectiveness of the coercive method, attempting to phase out this tradition progressively. In addition, other societies welcomed the indirect style more due to its lack of violence and compulsion.
